With the IPL 2025 set to resume on May 17, our Super Giants have returned to training at our home ground, the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.

Led by mentor Zaheer Khan and head coach Justin Langer, our boys have quickly regrouped and resumed training after the IPL 2025 was suspended for one week amid India-Pakistan border tensions.

Apart from Zaheer Khan and Justin Langer, our entire coaching staff, including Lance Klusener, Vijay Dahiya and Rajat Bhatia have rejoined the camp.

Under the leadership of Rishabh Pant, we will resume our IPL 2025 campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at home on May 19.

Having accumulated 10 points from 11 games, our boys are still in contention for an IPL 2025 playoffs spot. We need to win our remaining three games, and hope other results go our way in order to secure a spot in the last four.

A win over SRH will not only keep our IPL 2025 playoffs hopes alive, but will also boost our players’ confidence heading into our final league games against Gujarat Titans (GT) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

Meanwhile, skipper Rishabh Pant was back in the nets, practicing his exquisite shots ahead of our crucial clash against SRH.

The likes of Prince Yadav, Rajvardhan Hangargekar and Akash Singh were seen bowling at full throttle at the training session.
