The BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow is one of the newest and most modern cricket stadiums in India.

Located in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, the stadium was built to provide the city with a world-class cricketing facility that can host both international and domestic cricket matches.

The venue has a seating capacity of 50,000, featuring fantastic facilities such as modern dressing rooms, a sports academy, a lounge and broadcasting rooms for media personnel among others. It is the fifth largest international cricket stadium in India.

Furthermore, the stadium also houses an art gallery consisting of artwork depicting the Indian cricket team’s journey, giving the fans an enthralling experience to feel Team India’s immeasurable success over the years.

The ground also boasts of some of the best playing conditions in the country, with its green outfield, well-maintained wicket and excellent lighting facilities.

One of the unique features of the stadium is its circular seating arrangement, which ensures that every seat offers an unobstructed view of the ground. The stadium also has a large LED screen, which provides live updates of the game in progress, further enhancing the spectator experience.

Established in 2017, the BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium has already hosted a few international cricket matches and has received positive reviews from players and fans alike. So far, it has staged six T20Is and four ODIs in addition to the only Test played here between Afghanistan and West Indies in November 2019.

Team India has been dominant at the venue, winning all their four fixtures (three T20Is and one ODI) played here.

With the traditional home and away format returning for the IPL 2023, Lucknow Super Giants are set to play their home matches at the BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium.
